Purpose of the website
Innovación y Desarrollo presents a directory of trademarks and patents and provides information about purchase, licensing and asset submission opportunities. Browsing is free, apart from your connection costs and any services separately agreed.
Forms and enquiries
The forms send the contact details, enquiry or asset proposal information you enter. Asset proposals may include ownership, registration, territories and commercial interests; the form does not receive file attachments. Requests are temporarily received at connect@anstudio.tech for the controller and authorised support staff to handle them.
Intellectual and industrial property
The texts, designs, images, trademarks and other content belong to their respective owners or are used with appropriate permission. Browsing does not grant exploitation rights. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected; any additional use requires the relevant authorisation.
Directory information
The directory includes assets belonging to different owners. Before a transaction, ownership and representation, validity, territory, registered scope, encumbrances and transfer or licence terms must be checked. Product and packaging images illustrate possible applications; they do not expand registration coverage or establish that products are marketed, authorised or certified.
Transactions and asset submissions
Requesting documents or submitting an asset does not imply acceptance into the directory, exclusivity or transfer of rights. The person making a submission must own the asset or have sufficient authority. The subject matter, price, taxes, territory, duration, exclusivity, royalties and included materials are specified in the written agreement for each transaction.
Publication and confidentiality
Publication and promotion of asset materials require agreement with the owner or representative on their scope. A form submission does not grant a general publication licence. Before sending non-public technical information or trade secrets, agree on a suitable channel and, where appropriate, a confidentiality undertaking. This notice does not itself constitute that undertaking.

Users must use this website lawfully. External services have their own terms. The owner will address communications about content or links that must be corrected or removed under applicable law.
