You may also send a written request to this address, addressed to the website controller. Postal contact allows you to exercise your rights regardless of email availability.
Data processed
Services that deliver and protect the website may process technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, traffic information and browser characteristics. If you contact us by email or post, the identifying and contact details and information you provide are processed to handle your communication.
The forms send the contact details, enquiry or asset proposal information you enter. Asset proposals may include ownership, registration, territories and commercial interests; the form does not receive file attachments.
Provide only necessary information and avoid confidential material or third-party data without a lawful basis. Special-category data and identity documents are not required for initial contact.
Purposes and legal bases
Communications are used to respond and provide the follow-up you request. Steps requested before entering into a contract with the person concerned are based on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Professional correspondence and contact with company representatives are based, where applicable, on the legitimate interest in handling that communication and professional relationship under Article 6(1)(f).
Website operation, security and abuse prevention rely on the legitimate interest in providing and protecting the service. Legal obligations and lawful requests are handled under Article 6(1)(c). Contacting us is not treated as general permission to send advertising.
Necessary information and sources
Provide only the information needed to explain your request. Without essential information it may not be possible to handle it. Data normally comes from the person contacting us. If obtained from a representative or another source, additional information about its origin and categories will be provided where required.
Retention
Communications are retained for the time needed to resolve the enquiry and provide requested follow-up. They are then deleted unless a contractual relationship, legal duty or need to address liabilities provides a basis for further retention, including restricted retention where required for the applicable limitation periods.
Requests remain in the receiving mailbox while needed to handle them. The delivery service does not create a separate database of form fields. It uses temporary submission references to reduce duplicates and technical counters to prevent abuse; form content is excluded from the delivery application logs. Providers may process technical logs under their service terms.
Providers and recipients
Cloudflare Pages and Workers host, deliver, validate and protect the website and forms. Google Apps Script and Google Workspace email transport and receive requests at the temporary mailbox connect@anstudio.tech, managed by AN Studio to support the controller in handling requests. Access is limited to the controller and staff authorised for that purpose. Technical providers may access data needed to supply their services. Data may also be disclosed where legally required.
Enquiries are not automatically distributed among asset owners or collaborators. If a transaction requires disclosure to a particular person or entity, their role and the applicable legal basis will be explained before disclosure.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates an international network and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Its processing agreement provides for relevant safeguards, including standard contractual clauses for restricted transfers and adequacy mechanisms where applicable. See its data processing agreement and privacy policy, or request information about safeguards from the controller. A visitor’s location does not itself ensure that all processing remains in Europe.
Google services used for delivery and email may process data outside the European Economic Area. Safeguards depend on the service and applicable agreement, including standard contractual clauses and adequacy mechanisms where relevant. See Google’s processing and transfer terms. Ask the controller for information about safeguards applicable to the service used.
Your rights and complaints
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing direccion@innovacionydesarrollo.es or writing to Avenida Chapí, 55, 03600 Elda (Alicante), Spain. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may object to legitimate-interest processing under the GDPR and, in all cases, to direct marketing.
Requests will be handled within one month of receipt. A justified extension of up to two further months may apply due to complexity or number of requests; you will be informed within the first month. Additional identity information will only be requested where there are reasonable doubts and in a proportionate way.
You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Automated decisions and new functions
The website does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Technical validation and sending limits protect the service. Making an enquiry does not enrol you in advertising campaigns. Relevant information and consent, where required, will be updated before analytics or new purposes are introduced.
